Data Export – Trading AI

1. Scope

How Trading AI users can request their data in a portable format.

2. What You Can Export

Subject to authentication and applicable law, we can export:

• Account profile (name, email, MFA status)
• Strategy/configuration settings you provided
• Backtest/run metadata and outputs you generated
• Billing records and invoices (if applicable)
• Support tickets you submitted

3. Format

Machine-readable (CSV/JSON) and PDF for documents where relevant.

4. Identity Verification

We require sufficient verification (email challenge and/or MFA confirmation).

5. Timing

We target 30 days or the legally required window. Complex requests may take longer with notice.

6. Limits

We may redact/withhold content that reveals model internals, other users’ data, or protected security information.

7. How to Request

Send a request from your account email with subject “Data Export – Trading AI”. Include any relevant identifiers to help us locate your datasets.
