Data Deletion – Trading AI

1. Scope
How Trading AI users can request deletion of personal data and what may be retained for compliance and security.
2. Who May Request Deletion
- Account holders with verified identity.
- Authorized representatives where legally permitted.
3. What We Delete
- Account profile: name, email, password hash, preferences.
- Telemetry tied to your account (feature usage, run counts) not needed for security investigations.
- Optional integrations: Revoked broker/data tokens and associated caches we hold.
4. What We May Retain (Required)
- Billing & tax records (up to 7 years) per accounting/anti-fraud obligations.
- Security/abuse logs (90–180 days) to protect the service.
- Backups: encrypted backups may retain data up to 30–90 days until overwritten.
- Minimal aggregate/anonymized analytics (non-personal) may persist.
5. Third-Party Processors Involved
If enabled for your account:
- Stripe (payments), market data providers (e.g., Polygon.io, Alpha Vantage, Yahoo Finance), and any broker API you connected.
We will request/propagate deletion to these processors where applicable.
6. Identity Verification
- Submit from your registered email or via in-app signed request.
- We may ask for limited additional details (e.g., last invoice ID) to verify.
7. How to Submit a Request
- In-App: Account → Privacy → Request Data Deletion
- Email: info@pichonia.com (subject: “Data Deletion – Trading AI”)
Include name and account email.
8. Response & Timelines
- Acknowledge within 7 days; complete verified requests within 30 days (extensions communicated if needed).
9. Effects of Deletion
- Deletion ends access to the platform and removes your configurations, saved runs, and results. Exports made before deletion are your responsibility to store.
