Data Export – Logistics

1. Scope

This policy explains how users of the Logistics product can request an export of their data in a portable format.

2. What You Can Export

Subject to authentication and applicable law, we can export:

• Account profile (name, phone, email)
• Job/order history and related metadata
• Invoices/receipts and payouts (if applicable)
• Driver/vehicle assignments and activity logs (if applicable)
• Communications metadata (timestamps; message content only if retained)

3. Format

We provide machine-readable formats (CSV/JSON) and, for documents, PDF where applicable.

4. Identity Verification

We require sufficient verification (e.g., email/phone challenge, in-app verification) before fulfilling a request.

5. Timing

We aim to respond within 30 days, or as required by law. Complex requests may take longer; we will notify you.

6. Limits

We may redact or withhold data that:

• Would infringe on others’ privacy,
• Is subject to legal privilege, security concerns, or trade secrets,
• We are legally required to retain but cannot disclose.

7. How to Request

Send a request from your account email with subject “Data Export – Logistics” and include your full name and phone number for verification.
