This policy covers the logistics app and backend services that connect truck owners, drivers, and customers for logistics jobs.

- Account Data: name, email, phone; role (customer/owner/driver).
- Business & KYC (if implemented): business name, tax details, license/ID for drivers.

- Precise (foreground) during active jobs for routing, tracking, and proof of service.
- Approximate for browsing and discovery.
- Device & Usage: app/OS version, device identifiers, crash logs, analytics events.
- Payments: payer/payee identifiers, amounts, transaction references (processed by third parties; we do not store full card data).
3. How We Use Data
- Provide core functions (matching, dispatch, routing, notifications).
- Safety/fraud prevention; quality assurance.
- Payments and invoicing (through payment processors).
- Support communications (FCM/email/SMS), operational messages.
4. Legal Bases
- Contract: to provide the service you request.
- Legitimate Interests: safety, prevention of misuse, product improvement.
- Consent: precise location; marketing notifications where required.
5. Sharing
- Processors: Firebase (Auth, FCM, Crashlytics), Google Maps/Geocoding, Stripe (payments).
- Counterparties: limited job details between customers, owners, and drivers as needed to fulfill a job.

- Account & job records: kept while your account is active and up to 7 years for tax/audit.
- Crash logs/analytics: typically 90–180 days.
- We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

- No method is 100% secure; we work to continually improve controls.
